ORDER
The petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 303(2) and 351(2) of BNS, in Crime No.432 of 2025. Thus, the petitioners seek relaxation for the condition imposed in para 7(c) "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
