ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Jayashree aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter went missing since 13.09.2025 and not returned to house, therefore, he gave a complaint. FIR was registered in Cr.No.710 of 2025 under Women Missing, however, the police have not secured the petitioner's daughter.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's daughter aged 19 years has appeared before the Inspector of Police, Nannilam Police Station, Mayiladuthurai and given statement that she is married to third respondent. The statement of the 2/4

victim is also produced before this Court.

4. It is an admitted fact that she is a major and she has also given statement refusing to go with her parents.
