This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024 and direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate legal action within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024 was considered and the third respondent-Police had already conducted enquiry and closed the petitioner's complaint as mistake of fact.
4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
