The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a speedy disposal of 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner/Decree Holder, on instructions, would submit that they have no objection to E.A.No.1 of 2024 being allowed. Therefore, the ex parte order passed is set aside.

4. Considering the fact that EP.No.94 of 2023 has been posted for enquiry since 07.12.2023, the learned District Munsif, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of EP.No.94 of 2023 on or before 30.04.2025.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 20.03.2025 shr Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order To The District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
