ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to pay the annual increment from the year 2022 for the first petitioner and from the year 2020 for the second petitioner and also to continue to pay the annual increment thereafter.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the 2/4
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
