ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In response to the relief sought in the writ petition to consider the review application filed by the petitioner, learned State Counsel would submit that it is settled that no review jurisdiction is conferred on the revisional authority deciding revision exercising power under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. Learned State Counsel further brings to the notice of this Court an order dated 25.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.14703 of 2024, in which the petitioner herein was one of the respondents. In that order also, direction has been issued towards demolition. Therefore, in these circumstances, no direction can be issued. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
