The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), 115(2), 311, 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.578 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.26193 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 on the ground that, petitioner has bad antecedents including for the offence under Section 302 and NDPS Case and now, the present petition is filed for the very same relief and hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order as there is no change in circumstances.
