No.257 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent-Police as early as possible.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.257 of 2024 final report was filed through efiling on 19.09.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220002535C202400258 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvallur.
3. Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the final report before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
