ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m, until further order and also directed to appear before the Trial Court on every hearings without fail" in bail order granted to the petitioner on 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28118 of 2024 in C.C.No.88 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge (EC Court), Coimbatore, in Crime No.61 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.88 of 2021 on the file of the EC Court, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28118 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the EC Court, Coimbatore, on 24.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
