ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is studying college. Hence, he was not able to mobilise the fund to deposit as directed by this Court.

2. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 6 of Crl.OP. No.27302 of 2024. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerks Association, Puducherry and other conditions remain unaltered. Further, this Court is inclined to grant four weeks time to comply with the conditions.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
