ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance ventilated in this petition by the Bar Association Perundurai is that even though renovated building for housing Additional District Court has been made ready, appropriate notification for establishment of the said Court is awaiting approval of the State Government.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, on advance copy, would submit that communication has already been made by the Judicial administration to the State Government in that regard and appropriate Government order is awaited.

3. Instead of keeping this petition pending, the petitioner is allowed to approach the Judicial administration for taking up the

matter with the Government on the administrative side towards issuance of notification for establishing Additional District Court, Erode at Perundurai. In case Government does not issue orders within a period of three months, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
