This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a) of the order imposed upon the petitioner/accused that "the petitioner/accused shall appear before the Siva Kanchi Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23442 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 on the file of the respondent Police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23442 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Siva Kanchi Police Station on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
