This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.26293 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.58 of 2023 before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore and the next hearing date is fixed on 20.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.26293 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on 20.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Station House Officer, Panruti AWPS Cuddalore District.
