Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16274 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26496 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
