This civil revision petition has been filed for a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode to dispose of the pending suit in O.S.No.8 of 2018 within a specified time frame fixed by this Court. 2.I called for a report from the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode, on 10.01.2025.

3.The learned II Additional District Judge, Erode, has sent a report dated 21.01.2025, stating that the suit is at the stage of trial and connected suit in O.S.No.92 of 2018 is also pending at the stage of trial and therefore, he requested four months time to dispose of the case. 4.Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned II Additional District Judge, Erode, I am inclined to grant four (4) months time, excluding the summer vacation, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of O.S.No.8 of 2018 and to submit a compliance report to this Court.

5.With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
