This application has been filed to implead the 4th respondent/proposed defendant as 4th defendant (i.e., M/s.RR Foundations, represented by its Proprietor Mr.R.Vasudevan)

2. Mr.Vijayan Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 seeks time for filing counter.

3. The proposed defendant has been served notice and his name is also reflected in the cause list. He has not chosen either to appear in person or through a counsel. He is also called absent and is set exparte.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and this Court being satisfied that the proposed defendant is a proper and necessary party to the suit, the Application in A.No.715 of 2025 in C.S.No.333 of 2019 stands ordered.
