ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.This case in C.C.No.52 of 2022 was taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Raipuram Taluk, Namakkal, for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(2) of I.P.C. The de-facto complainant does not want to proceed the case further. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this dedicated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. 3.Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab and another (2012 10 SCC 303).
4.Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.52 of 2022 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
15.10.2025 mp electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
