ORDER

A Nos. 154, 155, 156 & 157 of 2025 are filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the present Appeal challenging the order of the leanred Master dated 06.12.2024 passed A. No.6238, 6250, 3636 & 6237 of 2024 in E.P. No.56 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that he has no objection for the Application being favourably considered as prayed for.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Application and considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said affidavit, these Applications are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to de-link A.No.6236 of 2024 which is not connected with the present matter.
