(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2025 for initiation of necessary action for removal of encroachments in front of the petitioner's house property at Door No.132, Velachery Main Road, Venkatapuram, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015.

2. In order to remove encroachment in the public road in front of the petitioner's house property at Door No.132, Velachery Main Road, Venkatapuram, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015, the petitioner has given a detailed 2/6

representation on 30.08.2025 and in order to consider the same and to take action seeking a mandamus, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

4. Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that the said representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2025 would be considered and after verifying the spot concerned, the encroachment made by any third parties on the public road belongs to the respondent Corporation would immediately be removed in accordance with law.

5. The said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation is taken on record and in view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2025 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

6. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
