ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein and their men from preventing the petitioner's vehicles from transporting mines and mineral sand crusher dust, M-sand, gravel for construction purpose in Tamil Nadu except for a reasonable and time bound verification on the petitioner's E-pass.
2. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. With the consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Page No.2 of 6
3. The case of the petitioner is that he is owning lorries and doing the business of transporting iron materials, cements regularly from Tamil Nadu to Kerala and from Kerala to Tamil Nadu for the past fifteen years without any blemish on his part. He availed permit for transporting mines and minerals sand only construction of buildings from north-western part of Keral to Chennai, Tamil Nadu. However, the respondents are frequently interfering with the business of the petitioner under the pretext of "Checking". Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents and their men from preventing the petitioner's vehicles from transporting mines and mineral sand crusher dust, M-sand, gravel for construction purpose in Tamil Nadu except for a reasonable and time bound verification on the petitioner's E-pass.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner obtains valid permission including the transit permit from both the States, viz., Tamil Nadu and Kerala, in accordance with law, the movement of the lorries owned by petitioner will not be restricted by the respondents.
6. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the resondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
