notice passed by 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.2682/2006/A1 dated 08.09.2025 in respect of the house bearing old No.8 and new No.11/13, LIG Colony, Mettupalayam and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to sell the above said premises to the petitioner/tenant himself on payment of sale price that may be fixed by the 1st respondent considering the fact that the petitioner/tenant is under low income group category in the light of G.O.Ms.No.904 issued by the 1st respondent dated 19.05.1977.
Prayer in W.P.No.38267 of 2025 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned eviction notice passed by 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.2682/2006/A1 dated 08.09.2025 in respect of the house bearing old door No.6 and new door No.09/11, LIG Colony, Mettupalayam and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to sell the above said premises to the petitioner/tenant himself on payment of sale price that may be fixed by the 1st respondent considering the fact that the petitioner/tenant is under low income group category in the light of G.O.Ms.No.904 issued by the 1st respondent dated 19.05.1977.
