O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to dispose of the statutory revision filed under section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 15.05.2025 within a stipulated time as this Court may fix. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the statutory revision filed under section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 15.05.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving her opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
