Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in her proceedings Na.Ka.No.2478 /2025 /Po.Pa.Ku, dated 22/07/2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with backwages, attendant benefits and other 1/4

monetary benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first responded dated 22/7/2025 thereby suspending the petitioner from service.

The petitioner was appointed as Secretary in the year 1993 in Uthukottai Primary Cooperative Credit Society. Thereafter, he was transferred to the second responded society. While being so, the second respondent found that from 01.04.2025 till the date of inspection, society accounts was not maintained and not properly maintained cash chitta. Further, in the second respondent society godown, time expired fertilisers were kept without disposal of the same. Therefore, irregularities were happened for the period 2022-2023 to 2023-24 to the tune of Rs.17,35,979/- and also as per the audit reports, accounts were not properly maintained in the second responded society. Therefore, the 2/4

petitioner was suspended from service.

Hence, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same as expeditiously as possible Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
