ORDER

The petitioners herein, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of BNS in Crime No.463 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. The earlier bail applications of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide common order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.25807 and 25828 of 2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the fact that the investigation is not yet concluded and majority of the money is yet to be recovered and it is also shown that the petitioners are also involved in this case and recoveries also effected from them, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, facts of this case and there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail applications of the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.25807 and 25828 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 2/4
