No.3705, R.S. No.4086 and R.S. No.4087, Plot No.2, Royapettah Sub Registrar District, North Chennai Registration District, admeasuring 2421 Sq. ft. within a time frame as fixed by this Honble Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1/4

respondent herein to consider the online application dated 28.04.2023 and consequently, issue the patta in the name of petitioner and his brothers herein in respect of the Schedule A Property situate at Old Door No.45, New Door No.137 Tiruvottiyur High Road, Tondiarpet Taluk, Chennai-600 081, O.S.No.3705, R.S.No.4086 and R.S.No.4087, Plot No.2, Royapettah Sub Registrar District, North Chennai Registration District, admeasuring 2421 Sq. ft. within a time frame as fixed by this Honble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.04.2023, seeking transfer and issuance of patta in respect of the subject property, and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There 2/4

shall be no order as to costs.
