As the Appeal filed by the petitioner as early as on 26.06.2023 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 23.05.2023, in and by which the 2nd respondent had cancelled the partition deed dated 07.06.2022, has not been disposed of by the 1st respondent, to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.

3. Considering the limited request and as there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, the Writ Petition is allowed and the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 26.06.2023, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
