ORDER
This application has been filed by Mr. A.M. Diwakaran, who claims that he is the owner of the property for which the relief is sought for by the writ petitioner in the main writ petition.
2. Till date, counter has not been filed by the writ petitioner in the impleading petition. Therefore, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment of Mr. A.M. Diwakaran as a party respondent in the main writ petition.
3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly. The respective respondents are directed to file their counter positively on or before the next hearing date.
4. Post the matter in the main writ petition along with W.P. No.18006 of 2025 finally on 21.01.2026.
