[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 463 days in filing the writ appeals.

2. Heard Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.P.R.Rajaraja Chozhan, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents though has stoutly objected, we having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, though are inclined to allow these petitions in view of the delay i.e., 463 days, we feel that, these petitions can be allowed only on terms, therefore, in each of the cases, the petitioners shall pay a sum of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vji Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the respective respondents through the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, within a period of 5 days from today. On such conditions, these petitioners are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeals and post the matter on 28.01.2025 under the caption 'for admission', if the papers are otherwise in order.
