THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY Suo Motu TR.No.19889 of 2025 (P.R.C.No.700002 of 2005 of Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur) For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sugendran Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. The case was registered in Cr.No.386 of 2004 dated 10.02.2004 for the alleged offence under Section 498(A) and 306 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. This case arises out of a marital conflict. The occurence took place on 10.02.2004. The wife is said to have committed suicide, based on which the alleged offence under Sections 498(A) and 306 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 were registered against the accused. The Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) is pending and accused has been declared as a proclaimed offender. It is, however, seen that the parents of the deceased-wife are also not traceable.
