The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. In view of the above, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
