ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 87 of BNS, Sec.5(1), 6(1), r/w 17 of POCSO Act U/s 5(1)(a), 8(b) of ITP Act in Crime No.84 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 22.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25921 of 2025. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused are running a brothel house under the guise of running a spa. Based on the secret information, the police intercepted and rescued three women included one minor girl. Hence, this case. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the facts of this case and submissions made by the learned counsels on either sides, the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail application in 2/4
Crl.O.P.No.25921 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
