The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 400 days in filing the documents mentioned above on the side of the applicants/defendants No.7 and 8 herein in the above civil suit in C.S.No.67 of 2022.

2. Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
