ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner B.Dheenadayalan seeking to quash the impugned order on 11.04.2004, passed by the first respondent, wherein, the first respondent ordered for recovery of Rs.6,16,935.55/- as the petitioner was convicted by the Trial Court, for the alleged misappropriation of funds in the respondent Society.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the first respondent has withdrawn the impugned proceedings as the petitioner was acquitted from the charges by the appellate Court. She has also produced the letter of the first respondent to that effect.
