This petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.31234 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 by including the offence under Section 109 of BNS along with Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS 2023.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue fresh copy of the order.
