This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26790 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvallur, which is yet to be numbered. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26790 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvallur on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
