This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24913 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed in C.C.No.472 of 2024 on the file of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai and the case is posted for hearing on 07.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24913 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on 07.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
