ORDER

Captioned writ petition has been filed forbearing the 1st respondent/Inspector of Police, Hudco Police Station, Hosur from interfering in the civil dispute relating to the property in S.No.73 Dry measuring 72 cents situated at Mornapalli Vllage, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District pending of O.S.No.14/2025 on the file of District Munsif Court, Hosur.

2. WPMP.Crl.No.514 of 2025 has been filed to permit the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition. This petition is ordered, on payment of single court fee in view of the Rule 15(1) of the Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that private respondents are unnecessarily interfering with the civil dispute. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, CSR was registered, now, the suit is pending and they will relegate the parties to the Civil Court and the CSR will be closed. Such statement is recorded.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. No costs.
