Respondent Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent and the Recovery Officer, DRT-III, Chennai to release all original documents in regard to Item 1, E Auction property in respect of survey Numbers 96-A, 88-2, 96-C, 94-1B, 96-B, 100-B, 88-1 of Balaji Thirupathi and Chinnaettipakkam Village, Sathyavedu Taluk, Chittor and Survey No.77/1, 2, 707, 709, 710, 709 at Putrela Village Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh and thus render justice.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The only grievance the petitioner has is that despite paying all amounts due and payable to respondent, the original documents have not been handed over.
2. Mrs.Revathi Manivannan states that documents are deposited with the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the respondent has no objection if petitioner would apply to the Debts Recovery Tribunal to release all original documents.
3. Mrs.Revathi Manivannan states that this order itself can be noted by the Tribunal as respondent's consent/no objection to release the documents.
4. Mr.Ramesh states that petitioner will apply within a week of receiving a copy of this order.
5. Within two weeks of receiving a copy of this order, the DRT shall handover all documents to petitioner, pertaining to the certificate of sale of immovable property dated 25.03.2024 bearing TRC No.667 of 2023Recovery Certificate No.339 of 2018 dated 13.08.2018 issued in OA No.68/2013.
