This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25885 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the learned III Additional Judge-Cum-Special Judge (NDPS ACT), Puducherry on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until 1/3

further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25885 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
