This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph 10(b) that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27689 of 2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27689 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police, Kacharayapalayam Police Station, Kallakurichi District.
