ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR against the petitioner in Crime No.16 of 2024 on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 02.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230000085 C202500001.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
