2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / wife would submit that the wife is not interest in rejoining the husband.

3. Recording the above, the Transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.46 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Kangeyam is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore. The presence of the respondent before the Family Court, Cuddalore, is dispensed with on all hearings except for adducing evidence and for counseling. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
