ORDER

On 03.04.2024, this Court while permitting the petitioner to sell the property of the minor has passed the following order:- "6.Six months time is granted to sell the property. If it is not sold, an application seeking extension of time to be filed. If it is sold, an affidavit to be filed before this Court with respect to the document of sale of the property and also for purchase 1/3

of another property. This petitioner is also appointed as Guardian of the minor as prayed for."

2. The present application is filed stating that the sale could not be completed within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the fact, time is extended by six months to complete the sale and report the same to this Court. All other conditions imposed by this Court in para 6 of the order dated 03.04.2024 holds good. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
