ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the 1st respondent to remove the Detenu Gobu, S/o.Govindharaj from solitary confinement and to detain in any ordinary cell.

2. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Convict Prisoner is not in solitary confinement, but he has now lodged in 3rd Block. In fact, the Convict Prisoner was transferred from Block No.6 to Block No.3. Therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance and no

further adjudication is required.
