ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to file final report on the basis of the First Information Report registered in Crime No.159 of 2025 for the offences under sections 406 snd 420 of IPC

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the case has now been transferred from the third respondent to the second respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, let the second respondent expedite investigation in Crime No.139 of 2025 and file final report expeditiously without any further delay.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
