ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.16679 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17644 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.16679 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17644 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
