2025-02-04Honourable Mr Justice N. Anand Venkatesh2 pages

W.P.No.3039 of 2025 W.P.No.3039 of 2025 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.

The matter was listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' today on the ground that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 04.02.2025, when an attempt was made by the Surveyor to survey the property, the 4th respondent was interfering with the said process and he was creating a law and order problem. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that police protection must be given in this case. 2.This Court has already disposed of the writ petition and issued directions to the respondents 2 & 3. If at all any law and order problem ensues, the Tahsildar will take a decision and if required, will seek for police protection.

3.This clarity will take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner.
