ORDER

The connected revision petitions filed by the tenants have already been considered and dismissed by this Court. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner sought for similar indulgence to be shown to the revision petitioner as well, granting time to vacate till 30.06.2026.

2. In fact, today, an affidavit/tenant dated 20.01.2026 is also filed undertaking to vacate the tenanted premises by 30.06.2026.

3. It is fairly conceded by Mr.Bhagawat Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) is available to be refunded to the petitioner across handing over the vacant possession on or before 30.06.2026.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly rent at the rate of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) without any 2/4

default and across vacating and handing over vacant possession, the advance of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) shall be refunded.
