ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the I Additional Family Court to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.191 of 2022.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner and the respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.191 of 2022 for declaration of the Mubaarat as valid and therefore, the dissolution of their marriage is valid and binding under the Sharia Law applicable to both the parties. The above said suit in O.S.No.191 of 2022 was decreed on 14.10.2022 and the Mubaarat dated 04.06.2022, entered into between the parties was declared as valid and the marriage solemnized between the parties according to Islamic Rites and customes was declared as dissolved. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.191 of 2022 seeking to permit the petitioner to take their minor children, who are under the custody of the petitioner to Ireland since she got an offer to work in Ireland. Now, the present petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of the application filed in I.A.No.1 of 2023.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent who appeared as Party-In-Person.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
