ORDER

The present Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.166 of 2025 on 23.05.2025 within the time frame.

2. The petitioner filed a petition under Section 175(3) of BNSS Act before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Alandur to direct the 2 nd respondent to register a FIR against the accused for offence under Sections 316(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of BNSS Act. The learned Magistrate by an order dated 23.05.2025 directed the 2 nd respondent to conduct investigation and file a report within a period of three months. According to the petitioner, the investigation has not been completed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation will be completed and report will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur tomorrow, viz., 14.10.2025. 2/4
